This private tour includes pickup from your hotel if it is located within the downtown area of Mexico City. If your hotel is outside that area, you'll be able to arrange a convenient pickup point. Please confirm the pickup place and time directly with the local operator after booking.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
