Redemption details
Please present your passport and the confirmation email issued by MTR at the Airport Express counter to exchange for a physical ticket.

Kowloon Station opening hours: 5:43 AM–1:21 AM
Tsing Yi Station opening hours: 5:49 AM–1:14 PM
Airport station opening hours: 5:44 AM–1:22 AM
