How to use
Please meet at the local operator's office situated inside Tsitsikamma National Park. You should look for Untouched Adventures Office.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 24 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 24 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

  • Maximum weight to join this tour is 170kg
  • All guests are required to wear a Mask during the activity and during check-in, you will need to have temperature checked
  • If you have any symptoms including sore throat, coughing, red eyes, nausea, fever, difficulty breathing, please cancel your activity and the local operator will give you a voucher that is valid for 3 years
  • The location is inside the National Park and gate entry fees must be paid upon arrival
  • Please note that there are currently around one-hour delays at the entrance gate due to renovations by SANPARKS. During the peak summer season, it can take an hour or longer to get through the National Park gate, so please keep this in mind as there are no refunds for late/no shows
  • When the ocean is safe to kayak over the trip will involve in total of 10 minutes briefing, 20-30 minutes of ocean kayaking, 30-40 minutes of river kayaking, 40 minutes on Lilo, and around 20 minutes Cliff Jumping, swimming, and some time in between of just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view
  • If the ocean is unsafe to kayak over, the trip will involve in total of around 40 minutes of hiking through the forest, 10 minutes of briefing, 30-40 minutes of river kayaking, 40 minutes on Lilo, and around 20 minutes Cliff Jumping, swimming as above.
