Arriving at the immigration counter, I was struck by the sheer size of the crowd and the strictness of the uniforms. However, the company representative explained everything clearly, and I was able to meet the local staff and enter the country safely and quickly. My departure was also smooth. Thank you. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling. Please note that the ticket booths typically open three hours before departure, so it's helpful to know this. Thank you for your hard work.

Fast track seems fine. As anyone who's been to Vietnam knows, I bought it because I've experienced waiting for over an hour on average. It was nice to be able to use the VIP special service used by airline employees. I used it because I could enter the country quickly. An hour is a waste of time. As soon as I landed at the airport, an employee was holding a sign, so I recognized them right away, and immigration took less than five minutes. I'll use it again. It's definitely a must-have.

We booked a fast track pass the day before arriving in Vietnam while sitting at the airport. The staff contacted me immediately to confirm the details, and upon arrival, they were waiting for us with a sign with our names. It was truly the best thing you could ask for after a long flight. Passport control took us no more than 5 minutes. Our vacation started off great. We plan to use it on our return trip, and I also recommended it to a friend. Thank you!

Everything went great. A person met us at immigration control, led us to a separate line, and we were through in a minute. But we still had to stand around for about 20 minutes waiting for our bags 🤣

I can't go to Vietnam without the fast track, lol. I skipped the long lines and got straight through the screening process, and I'm 1000% satisfied. If I'm tired of waiting in line, my entire first day's schedule gets ruined, but I'm so happy I'm out in less than 10 minutes. If you're traveling to Vietnam, please do this!

I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.


