How to use
Start the tour at any of the stops along the route. Stop 1 is Silver Street, outside Queens college.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

  • Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Please note that changes to operating times, frequencies and inclusions can happen at any time and without notice
  • Service runs daily (excluding 1st January, 25th and 26th December) from 10.10 am from Silver Street every 20 minutes
  • Last tour starts at 6:30 pm from stop number 1
