Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour departs, waiting inside the local operator's office. The tour operator is located next to the pharmacy with the name in the facade, VPT TOURS. Please don't wait outside.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Wheelchair users
Know in advance:
- The half-day tour is available every day of the week at 8.30hrs (returning at 13.45hrs). Departure at 15.00hrs is available only Saturdays and Sundays (returning at 18.45hrs)
