Reviews: Cesarine: Small group Pasta and Tiramisu class in Bologna
Guest User2024-07-05
Such an excellent experience! Chef Christina made us feel right at home instantly. She was kind, patient and always smiling. Not only did she show us how to make two different types of pasta and a tiramisu - she gave us her detailed knowledge of Bologna’s food history. An extra bonus was meeting her husband Enrico who was the best assistant. After making the food, we all sat down to a wonderful dinner, and enjoyable conversation. We ate well, laughed, and learned about Bologna culture. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

Irene was excellent, she was authentic but was able to explain things well in English. Her family were friendly and the food was fantastic.

Giuli & stefany were amazing from when we met them by the door to making pasta. It was such an incredible experience. They were so friendly and kind. We had such a fun time with other couples, lots of drinks and pasta was delicious! Would 100% recommend!

Maurizio was awesome! We loved the local market he took us to. The piadina was delicious, will definitely try that at home. Tagliatelle with porcini sauce from mushrooms foraged by his dad was memorable, finished it off with a lemon tart!
