Meet your guide in front of Hotel Fénix. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the experience.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- There is a minimum of participants required to operate the tour. If the minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund
- There is a minimum of participants required to operate in languages that are not English or Spanish. If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English. The tour operator will get in touch with you if this is the case
