If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Not allowed:
- wine tasting is allowed exclusively to 18-year-olds or older; under-18s must be accompanied by parents
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- it is possible to add the tasting of "Etna Spumante" at a cost of €28.00 per bottle

- if you have any allergies, food intolerance and/or coeliac conditions, please inform the local provider at least 48 hours before your scheduled date. You'll find the contact information on the voucher you'll receive after booking
