Check-in at the shop opposite the Church of San Zaccaria. Please show a copy of your voucher to the staff.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Know in advance:
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. The tour will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptionally high tides in Venice or heavy rain the tour might be canceled, however, a refund will be provided
- This tour does not include entrance to the main sites and will completely take place outside (only external comments on the various sites will be provided)
- Please note that it is a shared gondola (up to five people for each one) so you might have to share it with other people
- On-board assistance will be provided during the gondola ride, there is no commentary included
- Starting from April 25th and on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice. It's recommended to check all the information and procedures for registration or payment on the dedicated website of Comune di Venezia
