How to use

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

After your scuba diving experience, it is highly recommended to wait 24 hours before joining the 1-day tour of Kinabalu National Park.
If transportation, weather, or other force majeure factors lead to itinerary changes or cancellations, the travel agency reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, arrangements, and accommodation bookings to address situations beyond our control.

The following individuals are prohibited from participating in diving activities: those with hypertension, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnant women.
If participants have a history of recurrent illness and insist on joining diving courses or activities, they must provide a doctor's consent form, which is still subject to our final approval.
If participants are unable to complete the course or required skills within the scheduled course time, an additional fee of MYR 430 per person per day for 2 dives will be required.
All guests must sign a disclaimer (liability/waiver form) upon or before arrival and comply with all diving and safety regulations of the resort. Those who do not sign the form will not be permitted to participate in diving or snorkeling activities.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas. Please avoid any behavior in the guest rooms or cabins that may cause a fire. If smoking occurs in a non-smoking room, the guest will be charged for cleaning or replacing bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc., as well as for repairing any damages.
The disclaimer must be understood and signed by participants before the travel and activity begin.
It is not recommended to drink alcohol during diving or travel.
Participants must not touch or tease turtles, marine life, or coral reefs. Any violators will be suspended from the next diving or snorkeling activity.
Jellyfish seasons vary by year, typically occurring mid-year and/or at year-end. If stung, please inform our guide immediately. Jellyfish larvae are more common in seawater but are generally harmless, causing only mild itching.
To book a private charter for 4–10 passengers, an additional fee of MYR 300.00 per vehicle applies. Please inform us before departure.
We recommend customers purchase travel insurance before traveling to Borneo. We suggest choosing a plan that covers medical expenses (including emergency repatriation), personal liability, cancellations, itinerary changes, and lost luggage. This helps avoid major trip disruptions and unexpected costs. We strongly advise customers to carefully select their coverage package—safety first, as life is priceless.
For participants aged 50 and above, please provide a medical examination report issued by a general practitioner within the last 12 months to ensure your safety and comfort.
