How to use
All tours and cruises depart from the Lighthouse Ticket Office located at Toulouse Street and the Mississippi River. Please make sure to check in 15 minutes before your scheduled tour start time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Know in advance:
- Large airboats can carry 15 to 30 passengers
- The minimum age to take this tour is 5 years old
- The cruise sails rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, unfavourable river conditions (including river closures), breakdowns, or any other cause beyond the local tour operator's control, the captain may determine the vessel is unable to make the cruise as scheduled. If this occurs, a dockside event will be arranged and you will be notified via email

- Wear comfortable, casual attire based on weather conditions. Sunglasses are recommended
