How to use
After activation, the number of days of the package will be calculated based on natural days (with the activation day counted as one day).

[Install eSIM]
1. Open the QR code attachment in the Trip.com APP booking and print it out or save it to another electronic device in advance. (iOS 17 and above and some Android phones can directly save the QR code image to the phone)
2. Open Cellular network (iOS) or SIM card management (Android) in Settings.
3. When your phone is connected to the Internet, click “Add Cellular Network” (iOS) or “Add SIM Card Management” (Android) and scan the QR code to install it.
4. If you cannot scan the QR code, you can enter the "SM-DP + Address and Activation Code" in the booking voucher to install it.
5. If you fail in step 3 or 4, your phone may be network locked by the operator in Permanent address(unable to use other operators' network bands), and you need to contact the operator to unlock it before using eSIM.
 
[Using eSIM]
1. Turn off the main card and turn on the eSIM network switch.
2. Enable the cellular network (iOS) or SIM card (Android).
3. Turn on data roaming.
4. If you still cannot access the Internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart. See the information below for details.
[About APN]
1. If you purchase an eSIM that covers multiple countries/regions, when you arrive in a new area, if you cannot connect to the Internet, please manually switch the APN (it will switch automatically under normal circumstances)
2. Setting path: Cellular number Cellular data network, or setting mobile network access point name Add
3. Enter APN: MB
4. Restart the phone.
Change & Cancellation Policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Precautions

[eSLM Usage Conditions]

1. The device supports the eSLM function

Query method: Dial *#06# in the phone call interface. Generally, the presence of EID means that eSIM is supported. Without EID, you cannot use eSIM

2. The phone is not a network-locked phone

Query method: Check with the operator whether your device is network locked.

*Please check whether you meet the above conditions before purchasing. Only if you meet them can you use eSIM normally.

[Settings eSlM]

The eSIM can only be installed when there is an Internet connection, so it is recommended to install the eSIM 6-12 hours before departure.

[Enable data roaming]

Please make sure the Data Roaming option of eSlM is enabled.

[Do not delete eSlM after installation]

Each QR code can only be installed once, we cannot help you if the eSIM has been removed from the device.
