Serena, our Chef, was wonderful! She took us through Capo market, explained the fresh foods and vegetables used to prepare a typical Sicilian lunch/dinner. After the market, we returned to the ‘schoolhouse’ to prepare our meal. From making our pasta, Arancini, and cannoli shells from scratch, we had fun with our culinary creation. After 6 or so hours we concluded with graduation and receiving our certificates. A great activity and experience that we will cherish. Many thanks to Serena for her professional culinary talents and making the class FUN!

I cannot recommend this enough. Our family of 4 went, including my 2 teens, 16 and 18, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We had an amazing time and chef Paolo was incredible. He was friendly, outgoing and made this that much more enjoyable. After a quick walk, we started at the market learning about our fresh ingredients and picking up some food for the day. Once back we started cooking. All together we made fresh pasta, eggplant parm lasagna, swordfish skewers, and salted branzino. There were breaks after we made each item while we enjoyed appetizers and plenty of wine, or water if you prefer. Once everything was prepared and cooked, we sat down and enjoyed the fruits of our labor, buffet style. There was so much food and everything was absolutely delicious! Lastly, make sure you save room for the fresh cannoli! This class is wonderful for all ages and abilities. You even get a personalized certificate and souvenir apron. You are emailed the recipes of the day and I can’t wait to try them at home. This really is a must do.

The Pizza and gelato cooking class here was really an amazing experience. Well organized and the bespoke facility is perfect for a hands on cooking class Fillipo, the instructor was perfect for the job. Skilled and entertaining, he ran the class very well and brought a lot of solid pizza making tips into the program. We were a party of four, all seniors but the class had a couple of youngsters with parents and several couples making a total of 17. Still plenty of room for everyone to have a large working space and good visibility to the instruction. Overall this was a good value for an evening of entertainment and a dinner that you made yourself. We give this class four clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale ( five stars on the standard rating scales) and recommend it highly.
