We went to Maggies spot for the marble carving class and had an amazing time! It was such a beautiful and refreshing way to relax and be creative on our honeymoon. Could even see Mount Zas in the background! Maggie helped us pick our marble pieces and practice our techniques on another slab before using our own. Her guidance, and assistance, helped us create two great pieces to bring home. Gave us a new appreciation for other marble sculptures we later saw on the trip.★

It was a lovely day out with a bit of history about the farm and the local farming practices used on the island, such as collecting eggs and exploring the vineyards and farming areas around the farm, learning about the olive trees, and the vineyard trees fo different fruits that we got to sample some of the grapes and pomegranate that were growing strongly. We had a traditional Naxian meal after the lovely walk through the farm, having the group we were with process the ingredients and chat and enjoy the family hospitality.
We loved the meal we had and enjoyed the time we spent there. The trip was just over 4 hours, and it flew by.
The hosts sent over the recipes for us to try at home after the day, which we plan to make soon.★

Reviews: Best of Santorini Sightseeing Guided Tour 5h

We were lucky to have Raphael showing us around Santorini. He picked us from our hotel in the morning and then took us to Oia before the crowds came. We were able to see the Blue Domes and got some great pictures without too much waiting.
We continued the tour to Fira and those amazing viewing points in Firostefani. We also visited the highest place of the island at Mt. Prophet llias which we could see everything up there.
One of the highlights was the Megalochori - the traditional village which had less tourists and felt more relaxing.
The views from the Akrotiri lighthouse was amazing as well. We ended up having lunch at Forty One at Perissa Black Beach. It was a great spot for having a drink and snacks.
Raphael treated us like a friend. He was very knowledgeable and we had lots of great conversation. We could see his passion for the wine and tours.★

Reviews: Naxos:Half-day cooking class at Basiliko

I highly recommend! It’s more than a cooking class! It’s an experience to see a beautiful farm in the mountains and take walks among the farm plants, the vines and the animals. So much more than grapes. We danced, we ate, we drank homemade wine! 5 hours of feeling great you will love it. Pro tip, get a driver! The roads are steep and you will need a sober dedicated driver.
