To be honest, this tour was a bit expensive, but since I didn't have tickets for the Harry Potter factory, I had to join the tour. It was a pain to meet up after 7pm, and I slept on the bus. The English tour guide in Oxford was a middle-aged woman, and she was super fun. The itinerary was relatively simple. We wandered around the colleges for 1.5 hours without going into anything, and then had an hour of free shopping. The tour guide was mainly responsible for the on-board explanations, and we were on our own at the factory. The main cost was the bus and entrance fees. If you could get the tickets yourself, you wouldn't need to join the tour. The only benefit was that it allowed the kids to practice their English listening skills.★

Loved our tour! You get to see a little of each stop but never feel rushed. Warwick Castle was BEAUTIFUL at Christmas time. Stratford was my personal favorite with getting tea at Hobsons and walking along the river. And Oxford was also lovely. Everything ran on time and our guide Kelvin made the bus rides between fun and educational.★

The excursion was excellent, beautiful places, perfect timing, and the departure was punctual. Our tour was supposed to be in Spanish, with an audio guide that we understood would mean we could hear everything a guide said. However, this wasn't the case. The history of many places was presented via a pre-recorded audio guide, like on a large bus, for those of us who spoke Spanish, and it wasn't simultaneous. The young man talked and talked in English, and at some point, they would play an audio guide in Spanish for us. We felt separated from the main group, which isn't the idea. This should be explained from the moment you book the tour. The young man did an excellent job with the English-speaking group, but with us, he didn't even try to make sure we understood the lunch break. We ended up eating at the very end, at the last stop, when it should have been at the previous one, because the instructions were given in English, and the only thing we could understand was the meeting time, as he repeated it several times. Therefore, please also record the lunch break and the time when we should get off the bus at the end.★

A wonderful, enriching, and fun excursion despite the gloomy, even rainy, weather. Our guide, Jailes, shared his historical knowledge and advice with a touch of appreciated British humor. Diana, the bus driver, was also attentive and professional. One thing to improve: the USB connectors were difficult to use (damaged? too loose?).
