Please present your QR code or voucher for direct boarding. Please arrive at the departure point 20 minutes early.

Departing from Tokyo: Schedule: 7:40 AM departure from Toranomon Hills in Tokyo, arriving at Kawaguchiko Station at 1:25 PM (with a 45-minute stop at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station), arriving at Hirayu Bus Terminal at 5:05 PM (with a 45-minute break at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station), and arriving at Takayama Station at 6:15 PM (with a 45-minute break at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station).

Departing from Lake Kawaguchi: Time: Departs from Kawaguchiko Station at 1:25 PM, arrives at Hirayu Bus Terminal at 5:05 PM, and arrives at Takayama Station West Exit Bus Stop at 6:15 PM.

Departure from Takayama: Departs at 8:30 AM from the Takayama Station West Exit bus stop, arrives at Kawaguchiko Station at 2:00 PM or 4:40 PM (with a 45-minute rest at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station), arrives at Tokyo Toranomon Bus Terminal at 7:05 PM (with a 45-minute rest at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station)

Departing from Hirayu: Time: 09:40 Depart from Hirayu Bus Terminal, arrive at Kawaguchiko Station at 14:00 or 16:40 (with a 45-minute rest at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station), arrive at Tokyo Toranomon Bus Terminal at 19:05 (with a 45-minute rest at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Each passenger can carry 2 pieces of large baggage.

2. Carry-on baggage is allowed without restriction, as long as it does not occupy additional seat space or inconvenience other passengers.

3. The activity organizer will arrange seats at boarding.
