Please note: Whether you can enter the water depends on sea conditions, not the weather, and forecasts may not always be accurate. Our instructors will professionally assess the conditions each day. If the sea conditions are unsuitable for entering the water, free cancellation is available. However, cancellations made for personal reasons at the last minute are non-refundable.

※If sea conditions at the originally scheduled dive site are unfavorable, the dive site will be changed to one with better conditions at the instructor's discretion. Please do not make a reservation if you do not accept changes to the dive site!

Our company mainly offers shore diving. If boat transportation is required for activities due to weather conditions, an additional boat fee of 1,500 yen per person will be charged. The actual situation will be determined based on the sea conditions of the day.

※Failure to show up without reason or being late for more than 15 mins without contacting us on the activity day will be considered as activity cancellation and subject to 100% activity fee.
