The journey is very quick, taking only about 30 minutes, which makes it perfect for travelers who want to avoid traffic. Ticket purchase is simple, and staff are generally helpful. The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use.
There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process.

I booked the sunrise paddleboard last night, and I can use it right away today. Fifi's instructions were simple and easy to understand, and she took good care of me reassuringly. Even though I can't swim, I could stand up confidently. Plus, her photography skills are top-notch 🤣~ It's great!★
