[Important Notes for Multiple Ticket Purchases]

If multiple tickets of the same type are purchased together in bulk, they cannot be redistributed. Please ensure all tickets are used for the same itinerary.

When using the service, please open the usage screen from the voucher link sent at the time of purchase, click the "Use" button, and show the screen to the staff.

※Please ensure you have a stable network connection as we will need to access the web page on your smartphone.

※Cannot be used with screenshots or printed copies.

※When purchasing multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used individually and will all be activated simultaneously. If you wish to use them separately on multiple occasions, please make separate purchases for each use.

※For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate with a one-time password (OTP). In such cases, please follow the steps below.

1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and click the send button.

2. Check the email set in Step 1 to confirm that the OTP has been received. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the "@linktivity.co.jp" domain. Just in case, please also check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, your email address may be incorrect. Please reopen the usage page URL from the voucher and re-enter your email address.)

3. Enter the OTP from the received email into the ticket screen and press the confirmation button. If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is completed, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be checked locally on the day.)
