Very heartwarming experience! Our private guide, named Popo, had prepared everything for us by adapting to our visit. Aside from pick up at the hotel and ensuring all entrance fees are bought, Popo has shared all his knowledge on local culture for our understanding. He was also an amazing photographer, making sure we had the best POSE with the right angle. With the rain and traffic, he has made suggestions and took us for new experiences to ensure we made it our trip worth. 🤩★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
