Join-in tour inclusions: Licensed tourist vehicle: 7-23 seats (if the number of visitors in Lhasa city tour is less than 4, it will be changed to the guide taking guests by taxi - taxi fare paid by the travel agency)

• Standard Hotel: Provides basic room types with twin beds (standard rooms; no guarantee of natural single rooms, i.e., king beds, and no breakfast for extra guests). For groups of 3, please inquire in advance about the availability of triple rooms/family rooms/extra beds.
• Meals: (4 breakfasts + 1 main meal) Includes daily hotel breakfast and provides 1 specialty main meal (complimentary, non-refundable if not consumed): Lhasa specialty cuisine (Tibetan or Nepalese food)
• Guide: Chinese, English, or bilingual Chinese-English guides (for join-in tours, the travel agency will arrange guides in the corresponding language based on actual circumstances. If there are both native Chinese and English-speaking visitors in the same vehicle, bilingual Chinese-English guide services will be provided. Flight (Lhasa Gongga Airport): Free pickup (for flights arriving between 08:00-22:00); Free drop-off (for flights departing between 08:30-22:30); 2. Train (Lhasa Railway Station): Free train station pickup/drop-off
• Complimentary: Oxygen and water. Each person gets 1 small portable oxygen bottle. Plus, 2 small bottles of mineral water (300ml) per person per day. A backup emergency medical oxygen tank (4L) is provided in the vehicle.

Price does not include: Regarding gratuities (quotation excludes driver and guide gratuities): It is recommended that travelers pay 60 CNY per person per day in gratuities (Guide: 30 CNY/day, Driver: 30 CNY/day)

• Single Supplement: Hotels typically accommodate 2 guests per room (excluding shared rooms). If you require a single room, you will need to pay the single supplement fee.
• Room damage: Since the room is booked in full, any changes during the itinerary will result in self-paid accommodation fees.
• Personal expenses: laundry, telephone, fax, pay-per-view TV, beverages, snacks, tobacco, alcohol, and other personal expenses in the hotel

Pick-up / Meeting Information

Departure: Time confirmed after booking; designated pick-up area

DAYI: Lhasa airport pick-up/train station pick-up and Xizang train/airport transfers are all arranged by local professional transfer centers. Staff will contact you in advance, so please keep your phone accessible. Foreign nationals and Taiwanese compatriots require a guide for pick-up services, while Chinese nationals will be directly taken to their hotel by the pick-up driver for proper rest and high-altitude acclimatization. The activity organizer will reconfirm the transfer time in advance.

Return trip details: 12:00: Lhasa Airport/Station

DAY5: Lhasa airport drop-off and drop-off. After breakfast, arrange for airport drop-off or drop-off according to flight time, concluding the pleasant journey. The city center is approximately a 1 hr drive from the airport, so it is recommended to schedule flights after 10:00 AM for a more suitable arrangement.
