How to use

We will send you the QR code at 20:00 (Beijing Time) three days prior to your visit. After successfully making the reservation, please check the QR code in the "View Details" section of your order. You can enter the scenic area directly by scanning the QR code (there is no need to exchange it for a paper ticket).

You may enter the scenic area between 08:00 and 16:30 (Beijing Time).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
