Passengers must present 45 minutes before departure time.

Passengers need to present e - tickets and original identification documents to check in on the ferry.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person

Passenger is responsibility for safekeeping their baggages

Restricted items not allowed to be brought onboard including: smelly foods, explosives, incendiary substances, chemicals, drugs, weapons and other goods prohibited by Government regulations.
