How to use

[Customer Support Contact] Our customer support will contact you after placing the order to confirm the schedule (for same-day shooting appointments, availability needs to be checked).

[Photographer Contact] The photographer will contact you one day before the shoot to discuss shooting precautions and other details.

[Photo Selection Service] Raw photos will be provided within 48 hours after the shoot, please select the photos for retouching.

[Post-Production] The retouched photos will be provided within 3-7 working days after selecting them during the store activity.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If the shooting service is completed before 18:00 on the same day, the raw photos will be provided by midnight (24:00) on the same day, quick edits within 48 hrs, refined edits within 7 days, and videos within 72 hrs.
