How to use
Please bring the electronic version on your mobile phone, and the staff will verify your admission voucher upon arrival at the designated location.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
(1) Please bring your original passport or UAE ID to the counter for verification.
(2) Please bring your own swimwear and towels.
(3) Weight limit: Under 110 kg (240 lbs).
(4) Participants must know how to swim or tread water.
(5) Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a personal flotation device (PFD).
(6) Please listen carefully to the safety instructions to avoid any inconvenience.
