This was a wonderful way to get to know more about Atlanta. The guide was very knowledgeable and also had a great sense of humor! There were a lot of laughter and great energy! It was actually one of the best guided tours I’ve done! I can highly recommend it!

Omar the GOAT and Jeff were our driver and MC. They made the tour interactive, which made it really fun. I enjoyed learning the history of this amazing city and the ability to take pictures. My hubby was celebrating his b-day and is from Atlanta. He said he learned a lot and was really glad to attend this tour.

Even after living in Atlanta for 10 years, I learned so much on this tour and gained a deeper understanding of the city. Jeff was incredibly warm, entertaining, and brimming with knowledge. He spoke about Black history and civil rights with grace and passion, making the experience truly impactful. The ride was comfortable, and we had plenty of time to explore and enjoy the MLK Jr./Civil Rights complex. You can't be in Atlanta without noticing the rich culture shaped by its Black history. This tour allowed us not only to walk in the footsteps of historical figures but also to see the neighborhoods they grew up in and witness the current state of these areas. It was truly eye-opening, and I only wish I had done it sooner.

I live on the UES of Manhattan and I go to the movies a lot with my grandma!! She is an old lady as most grandmas are and so we enjoy going to diners!! We go to a diner called Gracie’s on 2nd Avenue and 85th and it is good!! I am going on this rant because Coca Cola is a diner staple!! I am going to pour out my soul a little and make a confession that will shock everyone but I haven’t had Coca Cola before coming here!! I kind of felt like Mike Teevee going to the Chocolate factory and saying he doesn’t like chocolate!! I enjoy novelty things and I know there is only one of these around!! It was very cool but they played a long ad for Coca Cola in the beginning!! I had a ton of drinks and tried the cola for the first time and I thought it was good!!

We had such a wonderful experience on this Atlanta tour! Ms. Shelley was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city, and she gave us insight into neighborhoods we would not have thought to explore on our own. It was the perfect way to see different sides of Atlanta in just a few hours. Highlights of the day included visiting the MLK National Park, the Jimmy Carter Library, and strolling through Ponce City Market. Each stop offered something unique, and Ms. Shelley made it all come alive with her stories and background knowledge. The five hours went by so quickly—it never felt long or rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic day that gave us a deeper appreciation of Atlanta. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!

Don is very knowledgeable and helpful even though he was battling an injured leg! We loved the banter between Pam the driver and Don the guide. We learned A LOT about the city and had a great time. The harmonica side bars were “interesting@ but overall would recommend. We’ll definitely have a few stories for friends and some great memories!
