During peak seasons or holidays when tickets are in extremely high demand, we will make every effort to secure tickets for you. If we are unable to obtain the tickets, you can apply for a refund.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after activation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Product info
We will send you the QR code at 20:00 (Beijing Time) three days prior to your visit. After the reservation is successful, please check the QR code in the "View Details" section of your order and enter the scenic area by scanning the QR code directly (no need to exchange it for a paper ticket).
You can enter the scenic area between 08:00 and 16:30 (Beijing Time).
