The staff were incredibly welcoming. They contacted me in advance to arrange the itinerary, and due to weather conditions, the flight was changed to a clear day. They kept confirming the time with me, arranging the shuttle bus, and explaining any precautions. Finally, I got to experience the activity. The flight was perfect, very smooth and stable, even more stable than I expected. We even stopped at the top of the mountain to land and take photos 📷. I had a wonderful and perfect experience.★

The travel agency arranged a free taxi to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the designated bus stop to wait for the tour bus. The process was quite relaxed and enjoyable. The guide was humorous and took us to several unique spots for photo opportunities. We were very grateful to them! Milford Sound has many waterfalls of varying sizes, which are spectacular and breathtaking. It's a view I've never seen before; the ocean is truly vast!★

After years on my bucket list, I finally took the opportunity to paragliding with these guys in Queenstown. Right at the start you get a safety instruction from a very friendly fella. Then the shuttle takes you to the starting point and picks you up afterwards at the landing spot. My pilot was Tai, and I absolutely enjoyed it! He is very funny and has great experience. He observed the tandems before us and calculated a better wind route for us. Allover I felt very safe and cared for. The photos and video come with an extra charge of 90 NZD. Even on a sunny day, bring your benie and a jacket + sunglasses. Thank you guys!★

We enjoyed a coach ride through beautiful countryside on our way to Milford Sound. Our guide was knowledgeable and pointed out things of interest along our route stopping for overlooks and points of interest. When we got to Milford Sound we took a two hour boat cruise through the sound and had a nice hot buffet lunch. The waterfall on the cruise was a highlight! Prepare that you will be in the coach the majority of the trip but with the beautiful views it will feel like it goes quickly!★
