The staff were incredibly welcoming. They contacted me in advance to arrange the itinerary, and due to weather conditions, the flight was changed to a clear day. They kept confirming the time with me, arranging the shuttle bus, and explaining any precautions. Finally, I got to experience the activity. The flight was perfect, very smooth and stable, even more stable than I expected. We even stopped at the top of the mountain to land and take photos 📷. I had a wonderful and perfect experience.★

The travel agency arranged a free taxi to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the designated bus stop to wait for the tour bus. The process was quite relaxed and enjoyable. The guide was humorous and took us to several unique spots for photo opportunities. We were very grateful to them! Milford Sound has many waterfalls of varying sizes, which are spectacular and breathtaking. It's a view I've never seen before; the ocean is truly vast!★

Luckily, Queenstown was blessed with a rare sunny day (starting tomorrow, it'll rain for at least ten days straight), so at 11 PM last night, we suddenly decided to scrap our original plans for the Fiordland Islands and start booking helicopter tickets to the snowy mountains. Fortunately, we found a super reliable agent, and after much trouble, we finally secured a spot on this morning's newly added helicopter flight. However, this morning, as we arrived at the agreed pick-up point and waited for the minibus to pick us up, we received a call saying the flight had been canceled due to insufficient passengers. Fortunately, after negotiating with the airline, the flight was rescheduled for this afternoon. I spent the entire morning and afternoon feeling anxious. The itinerary wasn't officially confirmed until an hour before departure, and the agent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, helping to communicate with the airline. Finally, we were lucky enough to board the last helicopter of the day—all that perseverance and patience paid off!★

After years on my bucket list, I finally took the opportunity to paragliding with these guys in Queenstown. Right at the start you get a safety instruction from a very friendly fella. Then the shuttle takes you to the starting point and picks you up afterwards at the landing spot. My pilot was Tai, and I absolutely enjoyed it! He is very funny and has great experience. He observed the tandems before us and calculated a better wind route for us. Allover I felt very safe and cared for. The photos and video come with an extra charge of 90 NZD. Even on a sunny day, bring your benie and a jacket + sunglasses. Thank you guys!
