* | Visit Wolong Shenshuping Base and watch the popular giant pandas' activities for about 4 hours [Volunteer activity lasts approximately 8 hours]

* | After the tour, it's time for lunch. You may choose a local restaurant in Gengda or Yingxiu on your own.

* | Return to Chengdu Third Ring Road hotels with approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes of travel time

* | Volunteer activities available at Wenchuan Wolong Shenshuping, Dujiangyan China Giant Panda Garden (formerly known as Panda Paradise), and Ya'an Bifengxia, subject to actual availability!

How to use

No reservation needed. Simply place your order according to the validity period. Service staff or drivers will contact you between 14:00-20:00 the day before your trip. Please keep your phone accessible!

Visitors should arrive at the attraction at the notified time. For the volunteer activity, please wait for the guide or staff to check in before entering. Do not enter the park in advance on your own!

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 7:30 PM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 3:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 15% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 3:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 95% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
