Important Notes
This ticket cannot be used at automated ticket gates or ticket machines. Please pass through staffed ticket gates only. (If you tap your IC transportation card at an automated gate, the fare will be deducted directly from your IC card instead of this ticket. Please be aware of this.)
Infants and toddlers can travel for free, but child tickets will be required under the following circumstances.
When an adult or child is accompanied by more than two infants, a child ticket will be required for the third and any additional infants.
Infants traveling alone.
Children aged 12 or older but still in elementary school are eligible for "child" fares, while children aged 6 or older but not yet in elementary school are eligible for "infant" fares.
One-way tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You must present the voucher on your mobile phone when entering and exiting the station, so please ensure your phone has sufficient battery.
When presenting the e-ticket on your mobile device, an Internet connection is required (screenshots are not accepted). Please ensure your phone has stable network access.
QR codes/voucher codes cannot be used for station entry/exit.
