I thought it was absolutely fantastic in every way! We booked the trip at the last minute, around midnight, and the customer service was incredibly responsive and patient. We booked a round-trip bus tour for two people at a very reasonable price, as it was a one-stop service and we didn't have to worry about booking tickets. Our driver was a very friendly guy from Northeast China, and the tour guide was also wonderful. He remembered every tourist and immediately noticed when we were behind. He provided bilingual translation throughout the trip, and his speech was witty and polite. 🥹🥹 The experience was truly exceptional, with no hidden costs whatsoever. The tour guide even helped us save money by telling us which restaurants were cheaper. We departed promptly at 8:00 AM and arrived in Tokyo around 3:00 or 4:00 PM.
It was a very enjoyable and unforgettable trip to Mount Fuji. I hope we can meet again when I have the chance to visit Japan again! 🥹★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

I joined a tour led by guide Zhan Jie on January 27th. During the bus ride, the guide shared some interesting trivia, making it fun and engaging. He genuinely recommended shops and products at each attraction, which were very helpful for travelers who hadn't done any research beforehand. He also clearly explained the precautions to take at each site, the best routes for capturing the majestic Mount Fuji, and the tour didn't delay anyone due to late arrivals. I loved this efficient, unhurried day tour that introduced new information along the way. Plus, we arrived early on both the outbound and return journeys, and the driver and guide Zhan Jie gave us a great sense of security. Highly recommended! 👍🏻 For travelers who want to relax and don't need to do any research, just book this tour – no problem, go out and get home safely! Upon arriving in Japan, I hastily decided to join a small tour group on Wednesday. I wanted to visit both an outlet mall and Mount Fuji, and after much deliberation, I chose this tour. The meeting point was the Washington Hotel, not far from my accommodation in Shinjuku. The driver was incredibly friendly and patiently explained the sights we encountered along the way. The outlet mall was huge; two hours might not have been enough. However, you can't have your cake and eat it too, so I couldn't skip Mount Fuji. The view of Mount Fuji from the outlet mall was absolutely perfect. In the afternoon, we also visited the Golden Torii Gate, Lake Yamanaka, and Lake Kawaguchi. We fed the geese, bought some limited-edition Mount Fuji items, and even visited a Lawson convenience store. The whole trip was surprisingly relaxing, making it especially suitable for families with elderly members.★

I've booked a day trip to this attraction twice over the years, only to be informed the day before the trip that the group couldn't form and had to be refunded. This time, the itinerary was adjusted for Friday, and I successfully booked it again at 9:50 PM. I contacted the tour guide promptly and arrived at the pick-up point early Saturday morning. The itinerary was tight, but thankfully, the minibus was half Chinese and half English, so everyone could understand. Everyone was very punctual, and despite the drizzle, the visit was still very rewarding. The tour guide and driver were both very dedicated and had a good rapport, leaving a positive overall impression.
