We only offer tickets for Car No. 5 of the Arashiyama sightseeing train and will try our best to arrange window seats. We do not provide same-day tickets, please book 1–30 days in advance.

This is a one-way ticket (Saga to Kameoka or Kameoka to Saga). Passengers aged 6 and over are considered adults. One child aged 0–5 can share a seat for free. Additional children require a ticket.

3. After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a ticket link and PDF booking within 1 working day. Follow the customer support instructions to sign in, and you'll automatically receive a QR code on your travel day. Simply scan the code at the station to board.

4. We guarantee the tickets are 100% valid (except in cases where the passenger is late or absent, causing the ticket to become invalid). Once e-tickets are issued, they cannot be refunded or changed. Please make sure to save your e-ticket link.
