- 6 Hours Private Charter are not more than 50km for One Way or Roundtrip Services
- 8 Hours Private Charter are not more than 75km for One Way or Roundtrip Services
A staff member will reconfirm the itinerary with you via phone, SMS, or WeChat or line or WhatsApp on the day of your visit 01:00 (local time) at the latest to reconfirm Your destination . Please ensure that your phone is available to be reached. If you're not reached by the specified time, please contact customer support.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
