2. Free cancellation is available until 5:00 PM, 2 days before the usage date. Cancellations within 2 days of the usage date will incur a 40% penalty of the total order amount.

 

3. Since Lisong Banquet is located inside Tianxiyuan Garden, the merchant will proactively contact you and send a separate QR code for garden entry (to be used when entering Tianxiyuan Garden). Guests who booked through Trip.com should provide an email address and check their inbox for the attraction entry email. After entering, you can freely explore Tianxiyuan Garden first. When arriving at the Lisong Banquet reception, use the same QR code from garden entry for admission. The banquet opens at 6:00 PM, officially starts at 6:30 PM, and lasts approx. 2 hrs. Please try to enter the garden early.
