Our tour guide was incredibly nice, with a well-planned itinerary. He patiently accompanied us throughout the tour, explaining the history and culture, and even acted as our photographer 📸. We were very lucky to encounter the snow-covered castle 🏰. Both places are definitely worth visiting! I highly recommend hiring our guide, Xiao Ke 👍★

The Madrid and Segovia one-day tour was simply fantastic! From the very beginning, the guides provided clear and detailed information about the entire day, which made everything smooth and well organized. They were always attentive and genuinely concerned about all the passengers. The bus was super comfortable, making the journey very pleasant. A special mention goes to our guide, Carlos — his deep knowledge, explanations in Spanish, and passion for the history and culture were fundamental to the experience.
