[Installing eSIM]
*One QR code can only be used on one mobile device. Once installed, it will be linked to that device and cannot be transferred to another.
 
Method ① Install directly via the Trip.com app:
Open the Trip.com app - Go to "Account" - All bookings - Tap the "Install" button.
 
Method ② Scan QR code / Manually enter eSIM info to install:
1. Open the QR code attachment in your Trip.com app booking and print it in advance or save it to another electronic device.
2. Open "Cellular (iOS)" or "SIM Card Manager (Android)" in your settings.
3. With your phone connected to the Internet, tap "Add Cellular Plan (iOS)" or "Add SIM Card (Android)" and scan the QR code to install.
4. If scanning is not possible, manually enter the "SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code" from your booking voucher to install.
5. If you encounter issues during steps 3/4, your phone may be locked by your country/region of residence carrier (preventing use of other carrier networks). Contact your carrier to unlock before using eSIM.

1. Turn off your primary SIM and enable the eSIM network switch
2. Open "Cellular (iOS)" or "SIM Card (Android)"
3. If you still cannot connect after these settings, configure APN and restart (see details below)

iOS: Settings - Cellular - Cellular Plan (select eSIM) - Cellular Data Network - Enter APN
Android: Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Select eSIM - Access Point Names (APN) - Create new APN or edit existing APN

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after activation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

Disable domestic SIM card roaming

Before using eSIM, be sure to turn off data roaming for your domestic SIM card to avoid using its mobile network and incurring high international roaming charges. You are responsible for all related costs, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase expenses, and transportation fees. No additional compensation will be provided.

4. Check if the eSIM is set as the primary device
5. Update your phone to the latest version

Where can I find the EID and IMEI on my phone?

The EID functions as a digital signature that links devices to mobile networks, typically comprising 32 characters, which include both letters and numbers. The IMEI, or International Mobile Equipment Identity, serves as a unique identifier for your phone and is generally 15 digits long.
For iPhones, you can find your EID and IMEI by going to "Settings" > "General" > "About" > EID/IMEI. Another quick way to find your EID and IMEI is by dialing *#06#, which will display a screen with your device information.

How do I activate a renewal?

For total volume-based eSIMs, the renewal will automatically activate after the first plan has been completely used up. You don't need to scan the code again for installation. Once the first plan is used up, refresh the network, wait a few minutes, and it will automatically renew for you.
For daily-based eSIMs: The renewal booking will automatically activate after the days covered by the first booking's package have used up. You don't need to scan the code again.
Additionally, if you want to use eSIM on a different phone, please do not place a renewal booking, as renewal bookings do not support changing phones.

Can I still purchase your service if I have already activated an eSIM on my phone?

Yes, your phone can store multiple eSIM profiles at the same time. You can choose which one to use in your phone settings.
