The tour guide was very enthusiastic. Despite the hot weather, he led us around and explained everything. The entire group consisted of Russians, Chinese, and Japanese; none of them spoke English as their native language. The guide's English also had a strong Southeast Asian accent, so many of us struggled to understand, but he patiently explained everything. We visited three places in one day, each with its own unique features. First, we saw a lake, which was even more beautiful than I expected in photos. Then we went to the mausoleum, where we learned about the history, which was quite interesting. Finally, we visited the Imperial City, where the guide provided the most detailed explanation, leading us through about two-thirds of the area. Everyone we met along the way was also very friendly, helping each other and chattingโit was a memorable experience. I hope the tour can have a Chinese-speaking guide in the future.โ

We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them โ this time to Ba Na Hills ๐ฟ
We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up โ very fast and convenient ๐
We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM.
For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 โ super easy and well organized.
Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesnโt operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit.

We were able to sightsee at a leisurely pace because we happened to be the only two people there, and the local staff member spoke Japanese. It would have been difficult to get around on our own in the heat, so I'm glad we took the tour. It was fun that they explained things about Vietnam beyond just its history.โ

A very convenient and helpful service. The car was delivered to the hotel on time, and we followed the planned route. The driver was very attentive, offered free bottled water, and adjusted the climate in the car. We were very satisfied.โ

I really enjoyed it. The guide, Phuong Thanh, was very friendly and spoke good English. Her speech was excellent, and even someone with limited English could understand what she was saying. The tour was meticulously planned. We spent hours listening to the story, as is often the case with guides, without stopping. Everything was to the point and you didn't have time to get tired. I really enjoyed lunch with a local family; they fed us to the brim. Thank you for a wonderful tour; it was very interesting, especially the Old Imperial City.๎ฅ
