This pass is highly recommended for sightseeing in Kawagoe. It's especially convenient for travelers staying in Tokyo, as you can reach Kawagoe directly by train from Seibu-Shinjuku or Takadanobaba without any transfers.
It's such a great experience / I love that it's available for a round trip at such a great price.

Reviews: Seibu Railway One-Day Pass [Nagatoro/Moomin Valley Park Package Options Available~]

Purchasing a Seibu Railway One-Day Pass on TripAdvisor is an excellent choice. Ordering is very convenient, and there are discounts for paying with a credit card. This time, I used the Seibu Railway One-Day Pass to travel to Hanno City and see famous attractions along the way, including metasequoia trees and a magical cottage that looked like something out of a fairytale. These were truly unique experiences.

Reviews: Tokyo: JDM Scene Tour with Daikoku PA & Tokyo Tower
Guest User2026-02-01
It was so much fun speeding through Tokyo at night. I felt like I was in the fast and the furious. Nine people signed up for the tour, so there were three cars. They kept moving us around so we could all ride. It lasted four hours, and I didn't want it to end. The only thing that marred the experience was that we got a flat tire in a tunnel and had to stand there for half an hour, freezing, waiting for another car. But that wasn't the guys' fault. It happens. They handled it professionally, and even after the tour ended, they finished our program. I recommend it to everyone; you won't regret it. Just be sure to dress warmly, as it gets cold outside in the winter. We also had the convertible top on.

Reviews: Seibu Railway 1-day Pass + Nagatoro Station Combo Ticket
Guest User2025-09-05
I originally wanted to go to Nagatoro, but I was exhausted the previous few days, so I decided to go to Kawagoe instead. If you're just looking for a half-day stroll, Kawagoe is perfect. Visiting ruins, the bell tower, and more feels like wandering through time. Then, visit Hikawa Jinja Shrine, where the beautiful wind chimes and windmills are perfect for photos (limited time available). You can also go fishing (actually, you can draw lots) to see your love fortune. I highly recommend using this ticket, but remember to exchange it at Ikebukuro first!
