Very nice experience. I had set out with low expectations. Meet me at the Sao Bento station under the timetable board. The girl arrives with a clipboard with the words "Rota do Douro" written on it. She then accompanies you to the bus, which takes you to Peso de Regua in two hours. From there the cruise begins. Organized boat. On the upper deck there are plastic chairs to enjoy the view. They serve a sweet wine by the glass. At 12 they serve lunch. Obviously don't expect high quality, but decent. At the table a bottle of wine, water, and juice. First dessert and coffee. After the lift everyone is there enjoying the view. The first part of the trip is much more beautiful. The second a bit boring. I recommend a hat and sunscreen (we got burned). I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but we ended up with only old people. Overall, I recommend it. I wouldn't do it again. I would start from Pinhao. But it was pleasant and the scenery is wonderful. The price is ok considering how much they cost around.★

It was a wonderful trip to the beautiful Douro Valley. We had a fantastic day filled with memorable experiences, delicious food, plenty of wine tastings, and fascinating tours of local wineries.
Telma was one of the best tour guides I've ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, sharing a wealth of history and fascinating background stories about the region, the wine industry, and Portugal in general. She took genuine care of everyone in the group and was especially attentive to me—applying ice packs several times after I accidentally bumped my forehead while boarding the bus (so please be careful and avoid making the same clumsy mistake I did!).
I feel really fortunate to have chosen this tour and to have met her.★

A truly wonderful excursion, one to repeat. Andre was very good and thorough, even leaving plenty of free time. Carlos, the driver, drove as if he had a car...he didn't make the journeys feel burdensome at all; on the contrary, he was very good and attentive. I highly recommend it.★
