We had the best tour ever. It started a little bumpy: the driver was 10 minutes late for pickup. However, the drive itself was very pleasant. Once we arrived at the park, we met Tawanda: he's incredibly nice, was great with our 5-year-old son, and knows the place like the back of his hand, having worked as a tour guide for 15 years (!). At first, we were a bit surprised by the small private car we were traveling in. But it turned out to be a huge advantage: we could take any road we wanted and even make a few detours. Tawanda really knows all the best spots for close-up animal viewing. One elephant was so close to our car we could have touched it. The tour was so good that we immediately booked him for another day trip in Cape Town. Tawanda is incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and a fantastic storyteller. If we ever return to South Africa, we'll definitely contact him again.

Many wonderful hours spent with lots of animals, especially elephants in great numbers. Traveling in a minibus was fine, but it would have been nicer if all the windows had been open. As it was, not everyone got to experience the animals up close.

Everything went perfectly. The driver was punctual and very friendly. The day was organized exactly as described. We saw lots of animals, and the guide was very attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful, as were the drinks! I will definitely book this excursion again. Thank you so much! 🤗

Following recent rains, the river was not blue as shown on your photos; more a muddy brown. But that was a result of the weather. Otherwise, it was worth doing. My wife and I were the only passengers, so had a more personal experience.

Our day trip to Addo Elephant National Park was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt the special atmosphere of this impressive park near Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha). A very special thank you goes to our excellent guides, Harry and Otto. With their extensive knowledge, experience, and palpable enthusiasm for wildlife, they made this day unforgettable. They took their time, shared fascinating information, and led us to wonderful viewing spots. Thanks to them, we were able to admire numerous elephants and many other animals in their natural habitat. The lovingly prepared picnic in the heart of nature was the icing on the cake – relaxed, perfectly organized, and simply beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend this day trip and would book it again in a heartbeat. A perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and superb service! ⭐


