The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
Each ticket allows one adult to enter within the specified time and cannot be exchanged with another adult. An additional fee of MYR 12 per entry is required for each extra adult.
Guests will have a 10-minute grace period to leave the venue. Those exceeding the 10-minute grace period will be charged an additional fee of MYR 25 per hour at the counter.
For incidents such as vomiting, spills, urine, and leaks, the operator reserves the right to charge cleaning and disinfection fees.
