The trip was great. Igor was our driver and the ride was very smooth. Mia was our guide and she provided a lot of interesting information during the road trip (regarding the mountains, some history, fun facts about Croatia in general) and the info on the lakes was great as well. I feel like the free time given could have been a bit longer because we went down to the waterfall very quickly, took a few pics and hurry back up to meet the group. Other than that ot was a very beautiful trip with a sunny day.★

We actually did a private tour with Mario. He picked us up from our VRBO and drove us to Plitvice Lakes and back. He gave us a lot of information about Croatia during the drive and while at the park, he gave us a guided tour. Because Mario was so familiar with Plitvice, he was able to navigate us around the large bus groups.
My husband and I had an amazing, relaxing day and I would recommend Mario and Portal Travel Agency to anyone.
