Kutna hora - GUIDED TOUR TO KUTNA HORA

Kutna Hora is a mediaeval mining town founded in the 13th century and famous for its silver mines. Visit the unique gothic Cathedral of St. Barbora with ist precious wall paintings and the unique Ossuary. Kutna Hora has preserved its mediaeval town character to date and is rightfully included on the UNESCO list of the most important cultural heritage of the Czech Republic.
The historical centre of the Urban Conservation Area, together with Gothic St. Barbora’s Church and the Church of the Assumption of Mary in Sedlec has been entered into the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1995. Other interesting sights are Italian Court, a palace and currently museum of coin minting, and Ossuary.
