We booked the 3-star tour for our Ha Long Bay excursion, and it was absolutely excellent and well-organized from start to finish. The experience far exceeded our expectations.
Our guide, Tung, was fantasticâhumorous, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the day both fun and informative.
The boat itself was a highlight: modern, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. We noticed it stood out compared to others in the marina. It felt genuinely luxurious, featuring reclinable chairs on deck and even a jacuzzi.
The seafood lunch on board was fresh and the service was great throughout. While drinks were not included, they were reasonably priced for a tourist attraction.â

They picked us up quickly and on time. The bus was old and bounced around on every bump. The guide, Bin, didn't tell us anything about the history. They fed us deliciously and plentifully. At the end, they dropped us off at some half-empty store with outrageous prices.â

We took our parents on a one-day tour to Ninh Binh, and it became one of the most meaningful experiences of our trip to Vietnam. The breathtaking natural scenery brought a deep sense of peace to our hearts, and the warmth and kindness of the Vietnamese people made the experience even more special.
Our tour guide, Mr. Minh, was absolutely exceptional â without a doubt the best guide we have ever had. From the very beginning, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel comfortable and cared for. His explanations were clear, detailed, and fascinating. His knowledge of Vietnamese history was remarkable; listening to him felt like attending a lesson from a passionate professor who truly loves his country and culture.
Thanks to Mr. Minhâs professionalism, patience, and heartfelt care, we were able to relax and fully enjoy every moment of the journey with our parents. He didnât just guide us â he made us feel at home.
