The experience was fantastic, overall superb, excellent service, and great value. This was my second time visiting the Isle of Skye, and I was still blown away by its beauty. For the UK, it's definitely top-tier scenery. The fish and chips in Portry were delicious, with very fresh fish. My biggest thank you to the driver was for driving all day and providing detailed commentary.

The tour guide explained things very attentively on the bus. The itinerary was tight, but we saw all the must-see attractions. 👍🏻

The sites were incredibly beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen. Our guide Murdoch was great and entertained us with lots of history and stories during the drive. The coach was comfortable. One word of warning!! I saw a lot of reviews about how the hikes were very mild and more like walks but you really do need a good level of fitness to fully enjoy this tour. I had a lovely time overall but I may have overestimated my “moderate” level of fitness. My hikes are usually strolls through the woods and this was not that. The first two were more manageable but everything is uphill and the Old Man of Storr is intense!! I tried to make it to the top but had to give up. I’m young but I have asthma and it was too much. Otherwise, an excellent trip for the more athletic or less competitive who don’t feel the need to necessarily keep up with the group.

Our guide and driver, Andy, was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our day to The Isle of Skye with him. It was just the 2 of us plus our guide. Originally it was going to be 3 of us but one of our group members wasn't feeling well. We had originally booked this tour because our friend hadn't see that part of Scotland before. So, when he couldn't go, Andy suggested we switch things up on our stops since my husband and I had been to the isle before. We had a great day and we found Andy to be very personalable, social, and professional. Even though the weather was unpredictable at times, we still had a good time. **Be sure to take a rain jacket regardless of what you think the weather says. The weather on the isle is likely to be totally different from the city. ***Also plan on a full 10hr day.


