The tour guide was very enthusiastic. Despite the hot weather, he led us around and explained everything. The entire group consisted of Russians, Chinese, and Japanese; none of them spoke English as their native language. The guide's English also had a strong Southeast Asian accent, so many of us struggled to understand, but he patiently explained everything. We visited three places in one day, each with its own unique features. First, we saw a lake, which was even more beautiful than I expected in photos. Then we went to the mausoleum, where we learned about the history, which was quite interesting. Finally, we visited the Imperial City, where the guide provided the most detailed explanation, leading us through about two-thirds of the area. Everyone we met along the way was also very friendly, helping each other and chatting—it was a memorable experience. I hope the tour can have a Chinese-speaking guide in the future.★

We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them — this time to Ba Na Hills 🌿
We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up — very fast and convenient 👍
We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM.
For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 — super easy and well organized.
Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesn’t operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit.

I appreciate that it was one of the few tours still operating even though it was the Lunar New Year holiday. It was raining in the morning when we passed through Lang Co, but the guide still made sure we stopped on the way back. The lunch was quite tasty and plentiful.★

We participated in this tour as a Japanese family, requesting a Japanese-speaking guide. Our tour guide, Thi, provided excellent care and smooth communication. It was a very special and memorable experience to hear various stories on a private tour and learn about the current situation, history, and origins of the places we visited, things we wouldn't have known on our own. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to sightsee at their own pace and ask questions about things that interest them!★
