Our driver, Uncle Leong, was a very steady driver. On the day of our trip, we encountered a traffic jam due to the holiday. He spoke a few simple Chinese words along the way, explaining that traffic conditions in Bali have been quite bad recently. He hoped we wouldn't be worried and that our trip wouldn't be delayed. He waited for us near the drop-off point at each attraction, making the journey seamless. I highly recommend this driver!★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★
