Our guide Xenia (I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely lovely! She made the tour very fun and interesting while still being able to accommodate everyone. The tour was incredibly educational and we learned a ton from Xenia. She was kind enough to stay for a few minutes after our scheduled tour officially ended to answer some last minute questions, which wasn’t at all required but very much appreciated. I don’t think there was a single question she could not answer and she even had visuals for some things! Overall, we had a lovely time and highly recommend the tour, especially if you can take it with Xenia!★

Exceptional. Mario was an incredible guide. It was our second time visiting the Forum and Palatine Hill, and he gave us a tour packed with new information. Not only that, but he tailored the visit to our interests and answered every question we had with great expertise (keeping in mind that my partner is a huge Rome fan—a real enthusiast, to be honest). I don't think there's a better guide! We'll definitely contact him again for our next trip to Rome.★

We were toward the end of our trip and still had a number of sights to see. I was considering a night tour for pics but I booked with one days notice. Turned out half the tour was day and the remaining time was night. Got the best of both worlds. The tour guide was informed what sights we had already seen and he customized the remaining sights. When it was all said and done I wished we could have kept going. I was able to tick off all remaining boxes on our list. This tour was the icing on the cake. Guide was knowledgeable and knew all the short cuts to get us to the remaining sights.
If you are on the fence I hope my review will help make your trip memorable. We could not have walked to all these sights. I have no regrets about taking this custom tour. My husband and I are 70 we are very capable of walking however we were simply ran out of time. This tour was relaxing while guide provided detail tour information about each site. Would do it all over again it was worth every penny. When you spend on a big trip like this sometimes you have to make split decisions. This was one of them.
