Everything was excellent. Our tour guide, Maria, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The only thing I think that could be changed is having more time in St Peter’s Basilica or being able to re-enter with the same ticket after the second part of the tour of the museums and Sistine Chapel are completed.★

The reception desk was helpful and pleasant. However, there was a problem with the tourist bus; ticket exchanges were never carried out on the bus. The driver and staff seemed stressed. The bus stop was chaotic and the route wasn't followed, hence the discrepancies in the comments.★

Marcello, our guide, was excellent. He was very friendly and patient, and he needed it with an annoying mom who tried to use the tour as her classroom, taking away from the other tourists. His knowledge surpasses that of anyone else I have used.
